The short version

You can use Soulmates.cam without an account and without telling us who you are. We don't sell your data. The only personal information we receive is what you choose to send through our contact or feedback form.

What you send us

If you use the contact or feedback form, we receive your name, email address and message. The forms are handled by Formspree, a form service, which delivers your message to us. We use it only to reply to you, and you can ask us to delete it.

Analytics and site services

Like most websites, we use a few services to understand how the site is used and to keep it fast and safe:

Google Analytics measures visits and may set cookies.
Ahrefs Web Analytics measures visits.
Cloudflare delivers the site, protects it from abuse and measures performance. It processes technical data such as your IP address and browser type.

You can block cookies in your browser settings; the site still works.

The live player

When a model is live, her profile loads a live player from our partner. That player comes from a third party and may set its own cookies under the partner's own privacy policy.

When you click through to soulmate.cam, you leave this site. Anything you do there, including joining, buying credits or chatting, is governed by soulmate.cam's own terms and privacy policy.

Adults only

This site is for adults aged 18 and over. We don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

If this policy changes, we'll update it here and change the date at the top.
